This is a 1099 independent contractor role — 100% performance-based. No salary, no cap. You own your book of business, your residuals are vested, and you can sell your portfolio at a 45× guaranteed multiple. It's not a job — it's a business you build.
How fast do I actually get paid?+
Upfront commissions are paid daily — the day you earn them. Most new reps receive their first pay within their first week, including paid training at $500/week.
Do I have to find my own leads?+
No. You get daily pre-set, qualified appointments with real business owners. Self-generated deals just add to your numbers.
What are residuals and why do they matter?+
Every merchant you sign pays processing fees monthly — and you get a vested cut for life. At the 25-deals-in-90-days pace, reps average $5K+/month in residuals. You can even sell your portfolio back at a guaranteed 45× multiple.
Is there really a car allowance and health benefits?+
Yes — full health benefits, plus an $800/month car allowance once you're selling 8 deals a month. Draws are available for qualified candidates.
